Service Description
Typographic Design: Flyers, Invitations, Brochures, Labels, Menus/Pricelists, Social Media Ads, IG Highlights & Bubbles, the possibilities are endless. Step One: Give me all the deets. In this 45 minute, 1-on-1 Session, we'll cover all the basics needed for me to get started on your project. Step Two: Once I've compiled enough information, I'll begin the drafting process and get back to you with 7-10 business days with a proof for you to review. Step Three: After making any necessary adjustments, you'll receive the final proof for your approval. Step Four: Delivery! The files will be emailed to you promptly after final payment is received. REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY As an artist offering customized services, the grounds for returns/refunds are quite limited. I am, however, open to making the necessary adjustments to ensure your concerns are addressed! In the event that damage is incurred in transit, a refund request will certainly be honored if photos of damage by delivery are submitted within 1 week of the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to contact me directly. Any change to the appointment must be made 24 hours prior to the approved appointment time. If cancellation occurs after this window, client will be responsible for a $15 cancellation fee. CANCELLATION OF PROJECT If a project is terminated before services are fully completed, Kayla Kreates, reserves the right to retain the non-refundable deposit. If the client decides to cancel the service after the final design approval is complete, Kayla Kreates, has the right to retain any payments made up until that point. An attempt to resolve any issue that may arise during the course of the project will be made before issuing a refund.
