As an artist offering customized services, the grounds for returns/refunds are quite limited. I am, however, open to making the necessary adjustments to ensure your concerns are addressed!

In the event that damage is incurred in transit, a refund request will certainly be honored if photos of damage by delivery are submitted within 1 week of the delivery date.

All pieces are securely packaged and shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase. Any returns do not include a refund of shipping costs.
